To secure the booking, the payment of 50% of the total rental fee should be received.
In the event of a booking, the balance of the stay should be settled 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations must be received by 14:00 local time 30 days before the arrival date to avoid a 100% booking charge.
Cancellations made after the stipulated period, early check-out, and any amendments are liable to a 100% charge.
Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out before 11:00.
Taxes may be adjusted in compliance with Greek law, and such changes could occur without prior notice.
You must provide a valid credit card as collateral for any damages to the Property during the rental period, which the Company may charge for any incurred losses.
No illegal activities, nuisances, or unauthorized animals are allowed. Events like parties or weddings require prior written approval, insurance, and fees. Additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy need written consent from the Property Manager.
You are responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses during your stay and must keep the Property and its contents in the same condition as at check-in.
